Oasis

I find myself today eating lunch at the Cederberg Oasis. Believe me when i say this place is where everyone needs to visit. The owner is an older man who enjoys the odd chat. He was sitting with me while i was eating.
I basically walked in the door ordered food and sat down. He made said food and sat with me to chat. He has owned this place for 18 years and has built it with his own hands. It is a small miracle in itself.
I will post a bit later about the ride today. I don't remember much of it except that it was hot. You have no idea how hot. The devil passed this place up when it came up for the taking. Not only would an egg fry if you dropped it and it cracked open by mistake, but if you didn't drop that egg and kept it in your back pocket it would be hard boiled in 30 minutes.
A shower i have had. Amazing how different you feel after a good scrub and polish of the dentures. The aforementioned owner was surprised to see that i am actually a white man. It all makes sense why he was speaking to me with a funny accent.
